Release Week Prize #4: Screwball!
Today's prize, in honor of summer, is a signed copy of Screwball by Keri Mikulski. This book is super sporty, but it also has a great romance storyline, so even we non-athletes can have fun reading about main character Ashley's ups and downs.
Now comes the how-to-win-it part. I had an awesome reading last night at Books of Wonder with LISA McMANN, LINDA GERBER, CLAIRE MYSKO, KATIE DAVIS, and JENNY DAVIDSON. It was a packed house, which is a great feeling for us authors (thanks to all who came!). They even put a big shelf of all of our books in the front! There's me with the Violet books at knee level.
Anyway, since we can't all meet in person, for this contest your task is to visit me virtually. Lots of cool people have hosted me this week for release week, so here are a few links where you can go and leave love. Then come back here and tell me who you visited and how many comments you spread around. The more comments you leave, the more entries you get--do what you have time for and what's fun. Then tell me your final count here and I'll enter you that many times to win Keri's book!
Where to find me (and/or stuff about the books--there are some contests in here too, including a full signed set of Violet books):
Hope's Bookshelf. Four posts here! Contest, Interview, Review of VIP and Guest Blog about fashion secrets!
Read, Read, Read contest
Book Chic's contest (and review of Sarah Beth Durst's Into the Wild, which I really wanna read!)
Beyond Books interview and review of VIP
Uhh... maybe do this over a few days. Even I'm sick of me! (And I'm gonna give you a similar task tomorrow.) You've got a full week to enter, so feel free to stop back a few times. And if you don't like reviews, I've indicated which ones are reviews so you can steer clear.
And don't forget to enter Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's contests. Each one runs for a full week.

I love all the contests going on! I also love how fun you're making them! Giving me great ideas for my site.
I went and spread some love, 4 comments in all.
I can't wait to go buy VIP and the other Violet books, I can't believe I never knew about these!

It was fun to see a lot more about you and your books. I left four comments, on Hope's Bookshelf, and one each on Alexa, Read, Read, Read, and Megan's review. I couldn't post on Book Chic's contest because I don't have a MySpace page. I know, I know. It's almost as bad as not having a cell phone! I was going to tell her that she might like The Tree Sheperd's Daughter and Into the Wildewood. They are the first two in a trilogy that might end up being a series. I did reviews of them on my blog www.mrsvsreviews.blogspot.com .
It's time for a CSI, so I will look at the Beyond Books posts later.
I can't wait to read your three Violet books. I had seen the cover on blogs all over. I just started reading and doing my blog this summer. It seems like everyone loves the books, and from the descriptions it sounds like a book my sisters and I would have a lot of fun reading and passing on to each other.

BookChic's giving away a full signed set...
Well, James might as well call that contest over cause I might kill him for the books! ;}
But I'll holler there anyway!
But don't worry. This is cool.

OMG the book signing in Book Wonders looked amazing!! I so sad that I wasn't able to make it. This was going to be my first book signing. How cool would have that been all these great authors in ONE place signing books in NYC. But of course, my dad's '98 Toyota Corolla decides to stop working on the very same week of this totally cool book signing! Life is so unfair...
But I'm extremely HAPPY to read that it there was a great turn out!! Yaaaay!

OK... So I pretty much did every single one I could do (minus expired contests)...
I went to:
1) Hope's Bookshelf and commented on the Interview, Review of VIP and Guest Blog about fashion secrets... (3)
Comment on what I read at Hope's: You were a “yearbookie” too!!! That’s really exciting! I was in yearbook for my 4 years of high school and it really helped me out with creativity and editing! I would love to work at a magazine or newspaper... I'm definitely going to look into that once I get settled with my college classes (which just started and it's crazy!)
Lovestruck Summer sounds amazing!!! I can’t believe I have to wait so long to read it... I will be so ready when it comes out... southern type boys (cowboys I guess…) are so attractive with their little twangs…
2) Alexa Young (1)
3) Read, Read, Read Contest (1)
4) Megan's review of VIP (1)
5) Book Chic's contest (1)
6) Beyond Books interview and review of VIP (2)
I love the Beatles! Paul McCartney is supposed to be coming to Israel in September and I’M SO THERE!!!
So that's 9 plus this one = 10! I commented my little heart out!
Thanks! Sorry for the REALLY long comment!
PS: I entered Friday's contest on your Myspace...
