I just finished Someday This Pain Will Be Useful to You - good use of that quote.
I like most of John Marsden's titles: Tomorrow When the War Began, The Dead of Night, A Killing Frost, etc. They're straightforward but can be interpreted in other ways.
When I was a kid I really liked Mary Downing Hawn's The Gentleman Outlaw and Me, Eli: A Story of the Old West. I first picked her books up because of the titles and discovered a great author.

There is this book where the author photographs toy chickens called "Bitter with Baggage Seeks Same". I had to buy that!
And I like Lemony Snickett's titles - esp. "The Penultimate Peril".

The two best titles (I hesitate to call the one my 'favorite') are probably:
We Regret To Inform You That Tomorrow We Will Be Killed with Our Families: Stories from Rwanda
and
Wicked Lovely
not very similar for sure, but...

I don't tend to buy books strictly based on titles. One I did, however, was Girl 15, Charming but Insane by Sue Limb. Luckily the book lived up to its wit!

Starting in high school, I started reading Fawcett Gold Medal books when I could find them, and any other hardboiled book .. and yes, you often buy them because of the titles. Among my favorites:
Kitten With a Whip - Wade Miller
The Burnt Orange Heresy - Charles Willeford
After Dark, My Sweet - Jim Thompson

I absolutely positively love the title of Augusten Burrough's popular memoir
Running With Scissors
The title was actually what made me pick it up. I'm a big cover junkie, but this was one of the few times that I picked up a book because of the title and not the cover.
I also like the title of the book

How to Disappear Completely and Never Be Found by Sara Nickerson is one of my personal favorites, title and content wise.
I especially love the little comics that are tucked in here and there. =)

Hmm never thought of fave titles, I like that you're making me think...i'd have to go with -
Pretty Little Liars (by Sara Shepard) - it just sounds like a scandalous title, something full of drama and mystery (which it is).
and
A Great and Terrible Beauty (by Libba Bray) - as you can see i've found I love titles that are pretty and scary/ugly at the same time.
I also like Wicked Lovely by Melissa Marr and the titles for the Uglies series they are simple but still draw you in.
