By far, the best thing I ever won was an autographed copy of the Godfather DVD set -- by Francis Ford Coppola. Actually, I only won the autograph itself -- I had to buy the DVD set. Still! I have the DVD cover with the autograph framed in a shadow box and display it prominently.

Tickets to a Stone Temple Pilots concert when I was in college. It was AWESOME!

At my post-graduation party at school, I won both an iPod and a digital camera! I took the iPod back, but I've had the digital camera for a few years, and I love it. The memories I've captured with it are priceless!

I won a "mountain bike" through a raffle, which in British Columbia is a much coveted item.

Morning in 8th grade, I walked into Language Arts and Mrs. Blackburn, the French teacher (she shared a room with the LA teacher) whose desk I sat next to, leaned over and said, "Hey, do you want something that will make EVERYONE ELSE JEALOUS OF YOU?" I didn't know what to do, but I was thoroughly amused, so I said, "Sure!" She reached into her desk and pulled out a Magic Oven Mitt — like a magic eight-ball, except it was a toy from Arby's and it was shaped like the oven mitt! It was fantastic. I wasn't even in French, so imagine everyone's jealousy when they found out I won the Magic Oven Mitt ;)
I'm not sure if it counts as winning by others' standards, but I sure think it does! Winning as in everyone wants one but only one person gets it, right? Hehe :D

I love everyone's prize histories, from FFC to STP to mountain bikes and Arby's toys!
